Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases made on Verapsy from EskalD Consulting LLC. They complement our Terms of Use.
1. Purpose
These Terms of Sale apply to any purchase of a subscription or a one-off unlock on Verapsy.
2. Products and services
Verapsy sells paid subscriptions (monthly, quarterly or annual) that unlock full reports and premium features, and a one-off unlock (single payment) for a given result. This is exclusively digital content: no physical product is sold.
3. Price
Prices are denominated in US dollars (USD), inclusive of any applicable taxes where relevant. The exact current price is always shown before you confirm payment. No delivery fee applies, as the service is purely digital.
4. Order
The order is confirmed when you confirm payment on the secure checkout page. The contract is formed at that moment, subject to the payment being actually authorised by your bank or payment provider.
5. Payment
Payment is processed through our provider Stripe; PayPal may be offered later. Your payment details never pass through our servers: they are handled directly by the payment provider. You are charged at the time of the order, and at each renewal date for a subscription.
6. Delivery and access
Access to the purchased reports and features is provided immediately after payment is confirmed, made available in your Verapsy account.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. However, where you request immediate access to digital content and expressly acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, that right does not apply. On Verapsy, access is provided immediately after payment: by confirming the purchase, you request that immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal. 8. Subscriptions
Monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your Verapsy account; cancelling disables automatic renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We may change plans or prices and will give you reasonable notice before a change takes effect.
9. Warranties and refunds
Outside the right of withdrawal described in Section 7, purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, EskalD Consulting LLC's liability under these Terms is limited to the amount actually paid for the order concerned.
11. Complaints and mediation
Customer service: info@verapsy.com. Access to a consumer mediator is an obligation that applies to businesses established in France; as EskalD Consulting LLC is established in the United States, this is probably not applicable — to be confirmed depending on the country of residence of the targeted customers.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the United States and of the State of New Mexico, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
